Freight Damage
Should you receive an order that has visible damage to the crate, please note the damages on the BOL and ACCEPT the shipment. Document all damages with photos and contact our CSR department. We will action the freight claim and replace any damaged items in your order. IF YOU REFUSE THE SHIPMENT, we will have to wait to receive it back from the carrier before we can begin fabrication to replace your damaged components.
