The box housing encloses the curtain when the shutter position. On motorized shutters, the motor is located inside the box housing, which rotates an axle to coil up the shutter’s curtain insi DefendaGuard box housings have the most compact desig due to our extensive engineering of the curtain to coil up into the smallest box possible.

DefendaGuard box housings are designed to be extremely accessible if maintenance or servicing are required. This feature does not compromise the extreme security of the shutter, due to the DefendaGuard anti-lift auto lock system. This system prevents the curtain from being forced upwards by more than one inch! The commercial grade aluminum is environmentally friendly, with a powder coated finishing.
